Matt Donnici

About Me

I was was born and raised in Sydney, Australia and have always had a keen interest in art and music. After high school I had a short stint at a fine arts college before switching to study Jazz at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music.

I then moved to Melbourne where I completed a Bachelor of Music at the Victorian College of Arts. During this time I started to dabble with programming - an interest spawned in the days of the Commodore 64. For the next five years I continued a dual career as a professional musician and as a full-time web developer with Mesa.

During this period my enthusiasim for art underwent a digital revival and I began dabbling with digital illustration and 3D modelling. This led to work with a visual effects company on the development of a creature for an upcoming movie, as well as advertising and texture work on a short film funded by Film Victoria.

I am currently working for a small games company in Christchurch New Zealand my career.
